President- Major design and construction projects include nuclear assay and underwater systems. Project management and engineering services, proposal management, construction management and engineering designs for commercial, military and nuclear based clients.

Sonat Subsea Services, Inc., Houston, Texas Internationally based underwater services company. Subsidiary of Sonat, Inc.
Vice President- Established and led a multi-disciplined engineering and operations group whose tasks included the specification, design, procurement, development, introduction and operation of advanced underwater robotic equipment (ROV). Also tasked with high technology market development, budgeting, project management, support for offshore projects and advising on corporate acquisitions.

Oceaneering International, Inc., Houston, Texas Internationally based underwater services company.
Engineering Manager- Responsibilities included management of technical programs, technical support for worldwide operations, R&D and technical forecasting. Started and led a technical and operations group of over 400 employees located in various countries, that was responsible for underwater welding, manned submersibles, atmospheric diving suits and advanced manipulator applications. Started and led the first successful underwater robotic vehicle program at the company.

Perry Offshore, Inc., Riviera Beach, Florida Underwater Equipment Manufacturing and Engineering Company.
Program Manager- Responsible for budget, cost control, engineering and manufacturing coordination, scheduling and customer interface for submersibles and commercial diving systems.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager- Responsible for developing and implementing cost effective designs and procedures used to fabricate equipment for subsea and other applications. Developed semi-automatic and automatic welding procedures to increase productivity on ASME, ABS and other coded pressure vessels.
Senior Project Engineer- Transferred to the UK to work for a joint venture company in Aberdeen, Scotland for one year.
Project Engineer- Design, fabrication, installation and testing of numerous advanced diving and Launch and Recovery systems in various domestic and foreign locations.

Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, West Palm Beach, Florida Aerospace propulsion system designer and manufacturer of gas turbine and rocket engines.
Senior Design Engineer- Designed rotating and static components for various engines.
